Premium Steel Selection of Hand-Forged Iron Pans

Premium Steel Selection of Hand-Forged Iron Pans

The excellent performance, comfortable grip and long service life of a durable hand-forged iron pan rely not on post-forging craftsmanship alone, but primarily on premium raw steel selection. Material quality determines the performance and lifespan of cookware. We always select top-grade steel plates with strict quality control for every batch of raw materials, crafting high-quality hand-forged iron pans from the source.
Most ordinary iron pans on the market suffer from uneven quality, as they are mostly made of recycled impure iron and low-grade steel plates. Such materials contain excessive impurities with unstable properties, prone to rusting, deformation, peeling and cracking. They also produce an iron odor at high temperatures, ruining the cooking experience and endangering food safety. We never use recycled or defective materials. Instead, we exclusively adopt food-grade primary hot-rolled low-carbon steel plates that meet national cookware safety standards, eliminating material risks from the very start.
The high-purity refined steel plates we use have an iron content of over 99.5%. Multiple impurity removal processes eliminate harmful substances completely, resulting in uniform, smooth steel plates free of trachoma and pores. Superior to ordinary steel, our premium plates feature high toughness and great ductility, capable of withstanding tens of thousands of manual hammering strokes. The finished pans boast dense, uniform walls with excellent high-temperature resistance, deformation resistance and corrosion resistance, becoming smoother and more non-stick with proper use and maintenance.
Superior material quality is backed by rigorous full-process quality control. We have established a multi-layer screening system covering raw material procurement to production, rejecting all careless and crude material selection practices.
Strict Source Selection: We source materials directly from qualified premium steel mills, adopting only brand-new primary rolled steel plates. Refurbished, defective and recycled plates are strictly prohibited to ensure pure, safe materials with no harmful precipitation or peculiar smell during cooking.
Strict Warehouse Inspection: All steel plates undergo spectral composition testing and appearance & performance screening. Heavy metal content is strictly controlled. Any plates failing the standards of flatness, thickness and toughness are discarded directly to prevent defective raw materials from entering production.
Manual Re-inspection: Craftsmen conduct a secondary manual inspection before production to identify tiny flaws, ensuring every steel plate used for forging is top-tier in both appearance and performance.
High-quality steel plates endow hand-forged iron pans with outstanding practical performance. The pans deliver fast and even heat conduction with stable heat storage, perfect for Chinese high-heat stir-frying and authentic wok hei. Made of pure refined iron with no coating, they are food-safe, non-stick, easy to clean and extremely durable for long-term use.
Exquisite cookware originates from superior materials and elaborate craftsmanship. Adhering to the principle of selecting the finest steel to forge the best iron pans, we deliver safe, practical and durable premium hand-forged iron pans via strict material selection and professional quality control, perfectly matching high-standard daily cooking needs.
